Tips for engine maintenance
Use appropriate quality grade lubricants. For gasoline engines, SD grade gasoline engine oil should be selected according to the additional equipment and conditions of the exhaust system. For diesel engines, cb-cd grade diesel engine oil is selected according to the mechanical load, and the standard is not lower than the manufacturer's requirements. Change the oil and filter element regularly. During the use of lubricating oil, any quality grade of lubricating oil will change. In order to avoid malfunctions, the oil should be changed regularly with a moderate amount of oil.
Keep the crankcase well ventilated. The PCV valve of most gasoline engines nowadays, but the pollutants in the gas may deposit around the PCV valve, which may block the valve. Therefore, the contaminants around the PCV valve should be replaced regularly
Clean the crankcase regularly. During the operation of the engine, unburned gas, acid, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the high-pressure combustion chamber enter the crankcase through the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, and mix with metal powder to wear and form sludge. Therefore, the crankcase should be cleaned regularly to keep the engine clean
Clean the fuel system regularly to control the accumulation of carbon and keep the engine in its best condition. The most common problems are rust and scaling in the engine water tank. Rust and scale will restrict the flow of the coolant cooling system, reduce heat dissipation, overheat the engine, and even cause engine damage. Clean the water tank regularly to remove rust and scale
Repair three filters: The three filters are air filter, oil filter and gasoline filter. Three filters filter air, oil and gasoline on the engine to protect the engine and improve its efficiency
